The Boise Basin Quilters Guild (BBQ) cordially invites you to the Merchant Mall at the 2025 “Welcome to My Garden” Quilt Show.

As the largest Quilt Show in Idaho, we welcome merchants that feature products and services that appeal to our attendees – quilting fabric and products, clothing/jewelry, crafts, and much more.

Merchant Mall Vendor Registration Form

**Deadline: Registration Must be Received no later than August 15, 2025**

Booth Reservations

  • Vendor booth locations will be assigned on a “first come, first paid” basis
  • Each booth is 10’ x 10’ x 8” high and includes one 8-foot table and two chairs.
  • Overhead lighting is included. See next page for Electrical Services.
  • IF additional booth spaces become available after the Registration Deadline and you would like additional space, please let us know.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

  • All motors or heavy-draw equipment require separate circuits.
  • The Expo Idaho staff will inspect all electrical connections for safe operation.
  • If your electrical needs for safe operation exceed your request, additional outlets will be provided and you will be responsible for additional cost(s) accordingly.
  • Additional lighting is the responsibility of the vendor and must meet fire code requirements.
  • Booth (additional) lighting may require an additional power outlet.
  • If you require electrical service not listed in the table (below), please notify us ASAP so we can verify availability with Expo Idaho. Additional electric service must be verified by the Guild with Expo Idaho no later than September 9th and is NOT available onsite on the day of the Show.
  • Electrical usage costs are included in the rates below. Additional fees will be assessed if requirements are changed on the date of the Show.

  • Additional lighting is the responsibility of the vendor, must meet fire code requirements and may require an additional power outlet.
  • Booth (additional) lighting may require an additional power outlet.

Disclaimer: The Guild and Expo Idaho shall not be held liable for any damage, injury or loss of any kind to any person or property that may arise from the rental and occupancy of exhibit space, and exhibitors agree to hold harmless the Guild and Expo Idaho against any and all claims arising out of acts or omissions which cause, directly or indirectly, such loss, injury or damage to persons or property sustained while the Quilt Show is in progress, being set up, or being taken down..
