David Owen Hastings Trunk Show and Lecture is this Wednesday!

The Quilt Crossing and Boise Basin Quilters are co-sponsoring a trunk show where David talks about his work as a visual artist and shares his journey from stitching paper to stitching fabric.

He has been creating and showing his stitched paper artwork in galleries for over 25 years. His artwork appeals to those who love organic processes and the beauty of nature, color and texture. He combines his monotype-printed paper with stitching on a vintage sewing machine. He will show examples and include details for those interested in creating their own stitched paper artwork. BOISE BASIN QUILTERS Guild
Membership & Meetings

General meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of the month at the Boise Church of Christ, 2000 North Eldorado Street. The church is one block east of the corner of Cole and Fairview, then two blocks north on Eldorado Street. Meetings start at 7:00 pm.

The Fellowship Hall is open at 6:30 so that members and guests have time to visit all the activity tables which includes our huge library. We do not meet in December or July to give our members a break at these busy times.
